Brand new in the shop (just posted this morning): Wear your god’s name with pride! A round brass tag was hand-stamped with the name THOR and a Thurisaz rune, then buffed and polished to a high shine and attached (via a handmade brass jump ring) to a strand of 10 8mm mahogany obsidian rounds, alternating with grade A 6mm faceted labradorite rounds and faceted electric blue hematite rondelles.
The tag is very lightweight and comfortable against your wrist. The beads are strung on strong, stretchy Beadnova Crystal String, which slips easily over your wrist. The bracelet measures about 7 1/2″ in circumference, with the tag measuring 1″ round. For reference, I have a 6 1/2″ wrist and this fits me comfortably but loosely; it is in no danger of slipping off my wrist, but there is plenty of room to spare.
Mahogany obsidian has a gentle, calming energy that will ground and protect its wearer. Use it to draw strength in times of need.
The Inuit peoples have a story that labradorite fell from the aurora borealis, and it does seem to capture the northern lights in its depths. One of my very favorite gems, labradorite is a member of the fabulous feldspar family (a cousin to moonstone and sunstone). The stone of magicians, diviners and shamans, and wearing it can allow one’s own innate magickal powers to surface. Due to its high quality, the labradorite in this necklace has wonderful chatoyancy that is difficult to capture in photos. It combines well with the obsidian to give a sense of Thor’s energies–at one earthy and electric/storm-charged.
This bracelet is $35. I do accept layaway, and would be happy to set up a payment plan for you if you really love this but it would be more convenient to pay for it over two or more installments. Please take a look at my layaway policy and then contact me if you’d like to set something up!
